What This Proves
The local runner can now produce reader_raw.txt, recipe.json, verdict.json, and card.json without relying on the engineering fixture recipe. The SimpleFold recipe is grounded in primary-source text from the arXiv PDF and Apple repository.
What It Does Not Prove
This does not prove autonomous Reader-agent extraction, SimpleFold paper reproduction, or biological benchmark performance. The validator status is successful_with_caveat because dry-run scores are synthetic.
